One of the newest looks I’ve done for Lava Art with sheer, nutty eyeshadow and nutty nude lip colour. I love looks like this because both brown/bronzed and pink/nude makeup is always my go-to and the looks I prefer on me. I also bought these amazing earrings from work, and I love them sooo much! There was a time I would only wear silver, but I’m starting to love gold style jewelry now. The bright blue top I’m wearing is actually a bikini for H&M in a velvet fabric, not too sure how it will turn out when I use it on the beach, but so far it’s the comfiest bikini I’ve had, and really has the prettiest colour.

The apartment is finally starting to look more like a home, mostly our rooms, but it feels so nice getting closer and closer. It’s something so new to me, having to set up and fix absolutely everything in an apartment, but it’s for sure something you need to experience as an adult and I guess it was about time.  I really do feel like I’ve grown a lot though, it’s just so important to me now having a proper place to come home to. With nice plants, candles and pictures. Until now I’ve always shared my “home” with people I don’t know, which for sure is a life lesson in itself as well, but now I just really need a proper home. Even if it’s not for the longest time. I have also decided I’ll never live in a place with strangers again, I just really feel like I’m completely done with doing that. I’ve done it for six years now so I feel like I’ve experienced it in every way, both the good and the bad.

I’ll show you guys details of our apartment when it’s all done! Stay tuned ❤

Video – Foreningen for Selektiv Mutisme

At min historie betyr noe.

This is a video that was filmed the day I had my talk about selective mutism! It was such a special day, and I’m so grateful that both my mom and I got to experience it. From going through it all alone to meeting so many amazing people supporting each other was amazing. Even though I don’t have selective mutism anymore, it will always be a part of my life. Unfortunately the video is in Norwegian, but I will add my two other videos in English about selective mutism here as well. ❤

Having a Child With Selective Mutism – Video

So a lot of people wanted to know more about my Mom’s feelings, struggles and so on when having me, a daughter, with Selective Mutism. What was it like for her, and what did she go through? I’m sure a lot of you can relate, and I hope this video makes you feel less alone ❤

Please write any questions or requests for any other Selective Mutism videos in the comments, and I will remember until next time! Thank you for watching!

Selective Mutism – My first YouTube video!

So I have finally filmed my first YouTube video about Selective Mutism! In this one I talk about my story, but I did try to make it short and simple – just so you can get to know me a bit better, but the main thing was to reach out to you guys struggling right now… This video is more of an introduction and I would really love it if you could ask me questions or let me know of what you want me to talk more about in the other videos!

I really hope you like it and that you possibly can benefit from my videos, both this one and the next ones! Thank you for watching ❤

Is There Anything You Want To Know?

So after speaking and contacting different people around the world I have figured out the best way to reach a lot of people and spread more knowledge about SM for right now is to make a YouTube video.

I am really doing my best to be able to have talks about it and see people face to face because I think the affect is bigger, just from my own experience. I really want to be able to visit schools and talk with people working with kids, because that’s where the knowledge so desperately needs to be in order to help… But a great way to start is social media. And I also want to be able to inspire others that are struggling right now, and I know I could reach them with videos.

So with that, I want to know if there is anything you want to have answered? Any questions you have? My first video will mostly be about my own story and how it feels like growing up with selective mutism and not getting the help I should have gotten from the system and school… Write any questions in the comments, and I will answer them in either this video or the next one!

Gjerne skriv ned spørsmål på norsk også, jeg tar de selvfølgelig med!
