Hey guys! When I went to Thailand I filmed some of my workouts for you guys so you could get inspiration for exercises to do on holiday without access to a gym or at home either outside or inside.
I know you can feel like you have no option when you’re traveling because you can’t seem to find a gym or you don’t want to pay for only a few days of working out, but these exercises are perfect to do anywhere and anytime! You don’t need any equipment either, but I would recommend getting one of those resistance bands as they are perfect to bring everywhere and can give you even better results when you are only using your own body weight.

It’s been so long since I’ve done this, but it’s such a good workout! Met up with Emma yesterday like I said and had an intense workout before we went to eat. This is what happens when you go out but don’t drink too much, haha. Had such a nice day and I know I would’ve just been laying in bed if I didn’t keep to just a few drinks. For sure so much better like this!

Sunday in Norway, and I almost forgot how dead it is here compared to London. Almost everything is closed on Sunday and everyone stays inside with their hangover watching movies and films. Quite nice though.
For me it’s not a hangover kinda day, rather trying to be efficient kinda day. Just went gym and now I’m sitting here editing a video for you guys! Dan filmed me doing my favorite legs and glutes workout so I’m excited to show you guys! You’ll also see some of my results in the video. So happy I decided to start doing some weights instead of always running or doing cardio. That being said I don’t do that much cardio now, but I used to walk a lot in London just going to different places or working – so now I’ll make sure to do some hiking or running in nature while I’m here. It’s one of the things I love about my hometown.
After such a long time just traveling and working now and then, to working fully as much as I can like now is something I really feel on my body and mind. In a way it’s actually nice, because I’m putting more effort into everything at the same time – it’s now more important then ever to think about what I want to spend every other hour of the day doing. On the other hand my legs hurt after working out, walking and standing all day. Still not a very tough life I know. The only thing I’m worried about is me not spending enough time working on bigger things and what I really want to do, and not just getting caught up in making “ok” money for now. But I know where I wanna go and that I need my priorities right for that.
So even though I was very tired yesterday after a long day, I met Dan and we went gym instead of me just going back to eat and sleep. After a few minutes I didn’t feel tired anymore like normally, and it’s so good. I might have ended up with a few hours less sleep then what I could have had, but that’s something I’ll make up for later.
Now he’s being really nice and making food while I’m about to fall asleep. Hope everyone’s good ❤
